Founder and CEO
35 Years of Financial Learning , Planning, Advice and Relationships Jim Hiles is an Entrepreneur, Advisor, Business Owner and Most of All, A Teacher. Though establishing himself as advisor, writer and producer of GoPLan 101, Jim also is a senior leader in two companies, First Capital Advisors Group, LLC and First Capital Investment Partners, LLC. He is a fiduciary and has achieved multiple professional certifications as well as a Master in Financial Services.
Jim Dee
Co Founder
Jim Dee is a 30-year veteran of the financial planning business. He is an advisor at Greenleaf Financial and First Capital Advisor Group, LLC.Jim is a licensed advisor and has his Retirement Income Planning Consultant (RICP) designation from the American College of Financial Services. Jim is also a Certified Financial Education Instructor. His goal is to help individuals, families and businesses achieve financial success in terms they define.
Eileen Moriarty
Client Relationship Manager
Licensed financial services professional with an extensive career in sales, client service and compliance roles. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed helping clients reach their goals either directly or by assisting wealth managers onboard clients in both the retail and affluent client segments.
